Welcome to the 3BROOMS CLEANING SERVICE website. By accessing our site and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Estimates & Booking
All online quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the user. 3BROOMS reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition or size of the home differs significantly from the initial description.
2. Access to Property
The client must provide a reliable means of entry (key, keypad code, or presence at the home). If our team cannot access the property within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, a “Lock-out Fee” may apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value our cleaners’ time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of certain amount.
4. Safety & Liability
Pet Policy: While we love pets, we ask that aggressive or highly anxious pets be secured during the cleaning for the safety of our staff.
Valuables: Please secure any jewelry, cash, or sentimental items. While we are fully insured and bonded, 3BROOMS is not liable for the loss of unsecured currency or small valuables.
Damage: If any accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a specific area of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Professional Conduct
Our staff deserves a safe and respectful working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a property if our cleaners encounter illegal activity, hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, mold), or verbal abuse.
7. Changes to Terms
3BROOMS CLEANING SERVICE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
